Can you post any Photography tips for me, please?

Lately, I have been really inspired.. I have about 50 images in my head that I have broken down to every detail that one day I hope to bring to life. The thing is, I'm a beginner with a very OPEN mind that is Begging to learn more about photography. I currently work with a Nikon D40 and I am in love with photography.. so many things I hope to do with it. Its just hard to bring an image to life when I lack the skills to create it. Haha. I'm 15 years old and hope to take my photo to a whole different level in the years to come.
IF there's ANY advice at all you could give me, I'd be SO very thankful! Any advice, tips, or tricks you could give me. I am serious about my art, its my passion in life! :) Thanks ever so much for reading, hope to get some advice soon. Thank you :)

AND.. if you have a little time, can you tell me what you do and don't like about my photography.. I have more on flickr than DA..
